Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can ship internationally.  Some restrictions to rural areas, as you go through the checkout process shipping options will be available to you.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

We will keep in touch through every stage of your order by email. On the order confirmation page you can select to receive shipping updates by text.  If you have any questions you can contact us.

What is your returns policy?

We accept all unworn products with labels intact within 30 days of purchase with a full refund less shipping unless the product is faulty in which case we cover the shipping costs.  Please contact us if you need to make a return for any reason. 

How much does shipping cost? 

We charge only the cost to us of shipping through Canada Postal service there are no hidden fees.  You will be able to select the method and cost of shipping during your checkout process before finalizing your order.

Where are you located?

We are located in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada.  We have had a brick and mortar store in Whistler Village since November 2011.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

You can check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email at www.canadapost.ca and if you are still concerned please contact us.

Where are the products made?

Our products are designed in Vancouver and USA and are made in India and Bangladesh with ethical factory practices.

What material are the products made from?

Most items are made of High Quality 100% cotton which is pre-shrunk.  Some products and accessories and made of a mix of materials as noted on the product page.

Will it shrink?

No our items are pre-shrunk.
